Le Domaine de Monthélys est constitué de 5 ha de vignes réparties autour du petit village médiéval de Cabrerolles. A 300 m d'altitude, le vignoble épouse les collines de ce magnifique terroir de schiste apportant une typicité de qualité aux vins produits ici. Les vendanges sont manuelles et nous sommes en 2 ème année de conversion BIO. Bleus de Schiste est un vin au tanin subtil, élégant, aux arômes de garrigue, de fruits noirs, d'épices avec une belle longueur en bouche. Potentiel de garde 5 ans.
