Le Domaine de Monthélys est constitué de 5 ha de vignes réparties autour du petit village médiéval de Cabrerolles. A 300 m d'altitude, le vignoble épouse les collines de ce magnifique terroir de schiste apportant une typicité de qualité aux vins produits ici. Les vendanges sont manuelles et nous sommes en 2 ème année de conversion BIO. Couleur or jaune, arômes de fruits blancs, poire, pêche…. Alliant fraicheur et rondeur, ce vin blanc développe en belle longueur en bouche et une vraie personnalité.
