Le Domaine de Monthélys est constitué de 5 ha de vignes réparties autour du petit village médiéval de Cabrerolles. A 300 m d'altitude, le vignoble épouse les collines de ce magnifique terroir de schiste apportant une typicité de qualité aux vins produits ici. Les vendanges sont manuelles et nous sommes en 2 ème année de conversion BIO. Vin par excellence de la convivialité, des plaisirs gourmands C’est un Rouge étonnant; charmeur dans sa jeunesse, ses arômes deviendront plus complexes sur 2 à 3 ans.

Elegant, delicate, quaffable, morello cherries hints, red fruit hints, elegant tannin, soft tannin, smooth, structured body, good intensity, good length.
